Do I need a website or online store?
No. DokaanDM works behind the Facebook Page and Instagram account you already sell from. There is no storefront to build or host.
How is COD risk worked out?
From that buyer’s delivered and returned orders in your own shop, using the fixed rules shown above rather than machine learning. Nothing is pooled from other shops. The label always shows the numbers behind it, so you can overrule it.
Can I use Facebook and Instagram together?
Yes, on every paid plan. Both channels land in one inbox, and a buyer who messages on both is matched by phone number. The free plan connects one channel, either Facebook or Instagram.
Do you take a cut of sales or process payments?
No. DokaanDM is a flat monthly subscription. Orders record the payment type and reference, but the money goes straight from your buyer to you.
Can my staff log in too?
Growth includes three team logins and Business has no limit. Free and Starter are one login each.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Paid plans can export orders and products as CSV at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and workspace; the data deletion page explains how.
